Dinner Invite
Terms of Service
Last updated July 7, 2026
Agreement
By using Dinner Invite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Purpose
Dinner Invite is a lightweight dinner planning tool. It helps hosts invite people, compare availability, collect invitee selections, and send dinner-related email notifications.
Accounts and Access
You may need to sign in with Google to use the app. You are responsible for using an account you control and for protecting any private invite or reviewer links you receive.
Calendar Availability
If you connect Google Calendar, Dinner Invite reads free/busy availability only for scheduling suggestions. The app does not guarantee that a suggested time is still available when a dinner is finalized.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Dinner Invite to spam people, harvest email addresses, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Email Notifications
The app may send invitations, review requests, final selection notices, booking confirmations, and maybe-next-time messages. Email delivery is not guaranteed.
No Warranties
Dinner Invite is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free scheduling, or perfect calendar matching.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dinner Invite and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
