Email luciferoramirez@gmail.com for help. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a description of the issue. Please avoid sending player names, scores or full backups unless support specifically needs them.

Courses and tee boxes

In Courses, choose Find a Course, search by name, check the location, select the tee boxes you want, and choose Review and Import. Open an existing course and choose Update / add to refresh selected tees or add others. Review imported data against the club’s current scorecard.

Course-search availability

Optional course search needs internet access and GolfCourseAPI coverage. All installations currently share an allowance of 30 uncached provider requests per rolling 24 hours. Search and scorecard lookup can each use a request. Buying the app does not provide unlimited directory access. Previously saved courses and manual entry remain available when the allowance is exhausted or the service is unavailable.

Scores and backups

Saved courses, scoring and history work offline. Use More → Export BrokenArrow Backup to keep a separate copy. If data appears missing, keep the app installed and contact support before replacing data or restoring a backup. Do not delete the app as a recovery step.

Handicaps and games

Course Handicap calculations use your entered Handicap Index and the selected tee’s rating information. BrokenArrow does not issue or update an official Handicap Index. Score entry stays on the iPhone.
