Alarm troubleshooting

Alarm features require iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. Alarm access is requested only after you enable an alarm. If an alarm cannot be scheduled, open Settings and confirm that SleepSound Simple has permission to use alarms.

Audio troubleshooting

The app includes Soft Rain, Medium Rain, White Noise, and morning-bird audio. All audio is bundled with the app and works without an internet connection. If you hear no sound, confirm the device volume and that the selected sound is playing.
